Territory Manager

For over 47 years, Joe’s Pizza & Pasta has been a family tradition across Illinois, serving hand-tossed pizzas, hearty pastas, subs, salads, and Italian classics. With nearly two dozen locations and growing, we’re proud of our reputation for great food, warm hospitality, and community roots. We’re looking for a motivated Territory Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations, support local operators, and drive success across the region.

What You’ll Do

As a Territory Manager , you’ll be the key link between ownership and store-level operations—responsible for ensuring consistency, profitability, and growth within your assigned territory. Responsibilities include:

• Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure brand standards are consistently met

• Team Development : Train, mentor, and support General Managers and Assistant Managers to build strong, high-performing teams

• Financial Oversight : Monitor sales, labor costs, and food costs for each store; implement strategies to improve profitability

• Compliance & Quality : Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company policies are followed at every location

• Guest Experience : Drive hospitality and service excellence by reinforcing a culture of guest-first dining

• Performance Reviews : Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations with actionable feedback

• Recruiting & Staffing : Support hiring efforts, staffing plans, and succession development within your territory

• Local Marketing Support : Partner with stores to execute promotions, community involvement, and sales-building initiatives

• Problem-Solving : Address operational challenges quickly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to service

Who You Are

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in restaurants, QSR, or food service

• Proven ability to lead and develop managers and large teams

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and P&L management

• Highly organized with excellent communication and leadership skills

• Results-driven, with a track record of improving sales and profitability

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with frequent travel between stores

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
