Lead Power Washing Technician

**$300.00 SIGNING BONUS**

S&D Prime Maintenance is looking for qualified Lead Power Washers. Applicant must have experience in power washing various surfaces, as well as equipment knowledge; garage washing experience is a plus.

We are looking for highly motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who want to work with similarly motivated individuals.

Minimum Job Qualifications

· MINIMUM of 2-3 years of residential and commercial pressure cleaning experience

· MUST have experience with hot and cold power washing equipment

· Driving a company vehicle to tow equipment to and from job location

· Responsible for maintaining all equipment

· Ability to problem solve and ability to make smart decisions

· Self-starter professional with ability to lead crew

· Ability to work without direct supervision

· Dedicated to high quality work

· Able to lift 50+ pounds

MUST have a valid Illinois Driver’s license and good motor vehicle record. MUST be able to pass pre-employment and drug screening (4-panel drug test - THC not considered). Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends a plus. Pay rate dependent upon experience.

S&D Prime Maintenance Inc. provides a full line of maintenance services to commercial, industrial and residential buildings and properties throughout the Chicagoland area and primarily in the suburbs with our office and shop/warehouse located in Addison.

Our team consists of many field technicians who have a trade specialty but also have multiple and other trade experience and knowledge for the ability to maintain the overall buildings and properties we service.

We additionally have office and support staff to assist in perform the quoting, communication, technical support & researching, scheduling, materials & parts sourcing and pickup, and billing responsibilities with the technicians in the field.

The company primarily utilizes digital platforms for a majority of our services and procedures along with phones & tablets in the field for the technicians to keep up with the evolutions and advancements of our trades, properties, and growing customer base.

Our normal operating schedule is Monday through Friday with emergency/on-call services when needed on nights and weekends.
