Who We're Looking For

We're seeking attorneys who are:

• Licensed to practice law (U.S. bar admission required, Illinois preferred) with at least 1 year of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Experienced in personal injury litigation , whether catastrophic injury, medical negligence, wrongful death, or other PI matters
• Compassionate communicators who can guide clients through difficult moments while maintaining aggressive courtroom advocacy
• Tech-forward professionals comfortable using AI tools and legal technology to improve case outcomes
• Strong legal writers with excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven team players who thrive in a remote, collaborative environment

Experience with federal court procedure is a strong plus, as many of our matters involve federal jurisdiction.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our PI litigation team, you'll:

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters
• Draft demand letters, complaints, motions, and discovery materials using advanced AI-powered legal tools
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop winning litigation strategies
• Communicate with clients during the most difficult moments of their lives with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with medical providers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across time zones in our global team
• Leverage cutting-edge technology for document review, case organization, and efficient legal operations
