Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location : Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tuesday–Thursday)
Employment Type : Open-ended Contract
Compensation : Up to $27/hr. (based on experience)

LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-established, fast-paced organization in the hospitality/events space to bring on an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This is a great opportunity to step into a collaborative AR team, manage high-volume accounts, and make an immediate impact while working in a supportive, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 400–500 accounts and proactively collect outstanding balances
• Apply payments and process credit/debit memos, refunds, and account adjustments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies with customers, hotels, and venue partners
• Respond to statement inquiries and support the AR master phone line with timely, professional service
• Prepare consolidated account summaries and reporting across multiple locations

Requirements / Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of AR and collections experience with full order-to-cash exposure
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to hit the ground running
• Bachelor’s degree, Oracle/High Radius experience, NACM certification (preferred)
