- Call Requirement:
- 2 call shifts per 6-week schedule period
- 13-hour call shifts

Your expertise will support rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of diverse patient populations, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care while demonstrating exceptional clinical judgment and teamwork.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive ED patient assessments
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Collaborate with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Participate in peer development and professional growth
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant ED nursing experience
- Education: ASN required (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Active Illinois RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
