As our Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you'll turn our Infor Syteline ERP into a competitive advantage and keep every production line humming.

What you'll drive
- Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional team of software & integration engineers.
- Shape and execute the application & integration roadmap for Infor Syteline, FT, IDM, CRM, CPQ, and Birst.
- Own the full delivery lifecyclearchitecture, CI/CD, release, and supportbalancing velocity, quality, and security.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate manufacturing needs into scalable code that boosts throughput and slashes scrap.
- Champion modern engineering practices: trunk based development, automated testing, infrastructure as code, Dev Sec Ops.
- Track and communicate KPIs (deployment frequency, MTTR, cycle time) that tell the story of product health.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and build vs buy decisions with an eye on compliance (ITAR, CMMC).
- Run incident/problem management, lead RCAs, and drive permanent fixes.

- 8+ years of professional software development, 5+ years leading teams that ship and support production systems.
- Deep hands on knowledge of Infor Syteline ERP (IDOs, ION, REST APIs) and manufacturing system integrations.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server , and modern web frameworks (React/Angular).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Leadership & Human Skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related degree preferred
- Reports to VP, IT
- 8+ years of professional software development, 5+ years leading teams that ship and support production systems.
- Seeking expertise in ERP, integrations, data & analytics, and citizen dev governance
- Deep hands on knowledge of Infor Syteline ERP (IDOs, ION, REST APIs) and manufacturing system integrations.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server , and modern web frameworks (React/Angular).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $170,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
