Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT / RVS)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT / RVS) to join our advanced interventional and vein care team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive vascular imaging and assist in minimally invasive vein procedures to support the evaluation and treatment of venous and arterial disease. This role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venous reflux, arterial duplex, and vein-mapping studies for treatment planning. Assist physicians during endovenous ablation, VenaSeal, Varithena, and sclerotherapy procedures, maintaining aseptic technique. Acquire, analyze, and document all vascular studies accurately within the EMR. Provide clear preliminary impressions and ensure diagnostic quality standards. Prepare and position patients; explain procedures and ensure comfort. Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment for optimal performance. Stay current with vascular imaging best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) certification required. 2+ years of vascular or vein-clinic experience strongly preferred. Proficient in venous reflux protocols, vein mapping, ABI, PVR, and carotid studies. Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-care skills. Familiarity with vascular EMR/PACS systems preferred. CPR/BLS certification desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
