Reporting Analyst

Benda Infotech is looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team in Chicago. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that inform critical business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to develop and maintain reports that track performance metrics, contributing to our overarching goals of improving efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to generate meaningful reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in all reports
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Assist in the design and implementation of new reporting tools
- Monitor key performance indicators to track business performance
- Provide support in data visualization and presentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analysis, Business Administration)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of database management principles
