Real Estate Management and Development firm seeks an energetic, dynamic team player to contribute to the success of this residential development.

Candidates should possess:

• Great Customer Service instincts and abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in a leasing (preferred) or sales role
• Prior experience or knowledge of Section 8 housing preferred
• Ability to maintain a friendly and helpful disposition, composure and focus in an extremely busy office
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

All aspects of the leasing process , including:

• Updating listings and advertisements
• Following up on leads and creating new ones
• Showing space and pursuing new leases
• Reviewing applications
• Executing lease paperwork, including new leases and renewals
• Conducting and processing Section 8 recertifications

Assisting the Property Manager in day-to-day management , including:

• Collecting rent
• Communicating with tenants regarding a variety of requests
• Interacting with other staff and vendors
