POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for all proposals written by System Design Specialists with two purposes – Complete follow-up and to assist in completing a sale based on System Design Specialist’s initial in-home inspection and proposed product solution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Follows up with potential customers via telephone, email, etc. with the purpose of sales assisting for all unsold proposals.

2. Keeps customer files updated, complete, and accurate.

3. Meets or exceeds activity goals.

4. Performs tasks to support the ongoing follow-up of all potential customers unsold proposals.

5. Provides customers with a remarkable experience.

6. Regular, reliable on-site attendance.

1. Proven performance of rapport building, engaging customers, presentation and some sales skills.
2. Exceptional organization and administrative results.

6. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
7. Ability to handle a variety of tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. High school diploma or GED preferred;
2. 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
3. Home Improvement/Construction related industry experience highly preferred
4. Professional office environment experience preferred
5. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. Job involves maintaining a stationary position most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if moving about is required only occasionally.
