About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Construction Foreman to support our field operations on high-end residential and luxury condominium projects. This is a hands-on, field-based position responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site activities, assisting the Subcontractors and Project Manager, and ensuring work progresses smoothly and according to schedule.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented someone who thrives on keeping projects running efficiently, assisting with material coordination, and maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Be on-site daily to open and close job sites and ensure all trades are working efficiently.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.
• Act as the on-site eyes and ears for the Project Manager, reporting progress and issues promptly.
• Perform material runs, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory of tools and materials.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
• Conduct walkthroughs to track daily progress and help identify potential delays or issues.
• Support punch list and warranty work as directed.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably with custom or high-end homes.
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, tools, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills able to work under the direction of the PM and Owner.
• Comfortable interacting with trade partners and vendors to ensure smooth job flow.
• Dependable, proactive, and disciplined takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows through.
• Valid drivers license.

Compensation: $60,000 $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time (on-site, 7 AM5 PM typical schedule). Saturdays 7-12 as needed
