Overview

The Copywriter supports the creative team from initial conception through final execution. You will learn to partner with an art director and to present your ideas in an effective manner to your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare copy solutions for internal and external presentations

• Participate in production process to ensure integrity of final product (print, video, audio, and/or digital production)?

• Understand client brand and business objectives and translate into a compelling concept

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience contributing to a broad range of client copy requirements and adapting style to reflect client-specific tones

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively organize and present concepts in a clear manner, mentor less experienced staff, and listen attentively for content and context of messages during client/team meetings

• Emerging presentation and communication skills necessary to effectively manage workflow across teams and recommend improvements to existing processes

• Analytical skills necessary to evaluate creative approach, and seek unexpected, original, and innovative ideas

Compensation Range: $66,120 - $91,350 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
