Are you an entrepreneurial, battle-tested logistics executive who thrives at the intersection of high-growth strategy and daily operational execution? We are seeking a hands-on Operations Lead / VP of Operations to take full ownership of scaling our supply chain network across North America.
Operating a 100% asset-light supply chain model, our warehousing, import logistics, domestic freight, and last-mile deliveries are fully outsourced to third-party partners. In this critical leadership role, you will own these vendor relationships end-to-end, aggressively managing costs, integrating newly acquired companies, and deploying cutting-edge AI and logistics technology to build a world-class, automated infrastructure. Required Qualifications- Executive Experience: 8+ years of progressive supply chain and logistics experience, with at least 3 years explicitly operating in a senior executive leadership role.
- Asset-Light & 3PL Expertise: Proven mastery managing multiple 3PL warehouse facilities and inbound ocean/air logistics in an entirely asset-light infrastructure.
- Heavy LTL Freight Mastery: Deep commercial knowledge of LTL freight structures, carrier lane negotiations, load planning, and cost optimization at scale.

- Mobility: Absolute willingness to travel across the US and North American regions to partner with subsidiary locations. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience operating within a multi-subsidiary, holding company, or centralized corporate shared-services model.
- Experience with cross-border trade mechanics across the US, Mexico, and Canada.
- Industry exposure within fast-moving sectors such as food & beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), perishables, or seafood/proteins.
