• Equipment, freight, and schedule
  • Assigned late-model tractors (2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth).
  • Primarily no-touch dry van freight; approximately 70% drop-and-hook.
  • OTR, regional, and dedicated assignments with reliable home time: weekly or every-other-week depending on fleet.
• Training program (for eligible recent graduates)
  • Fully paid three- to five-week training program for candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Curriculum includes safe tractor–trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, equipment securement, and company procedures.

• Primary responsibilities
  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies.
  • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance across assigned routes.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
  • Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure proper equipment securement.
  • Follow company procedures and safety policies at all times.
