Requirements:

• Resume (Minimum 1.5+ year of RN MedSurg/Stepdown experience).
• Skills checklist
• BLS and ACLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Driver's license
• Covid Card
• Flu shot.
• Accepting MI license

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical setting, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs.
• Administer medications and perform IV insertions and catheterizations as needed.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure adherence to BLS protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
