Dental Assistant

Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center is seeking two friendly, detail-oriented Dental Assistants—one for the West Loop office and one for Roscoe Village. You’ll help ensure a smooth patient experience while assisting during dentoalveolar and implant procedures, handling patient prep, instrument sterilization, and dental impressions. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for making patients feel at ease. Join our supportive team and help deliver exceptional care!

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM
• Saturday: 8AM - 1PM

*Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Current BLS (CPR), anesthesia certification, and Illinois dental X-ray certification
• Prior experience in oral surgery assisting, sterilization, and digital dental radiography preferred
• Experience with oral surgery procedures, dental implants, and IV anesthesia is a plus
• Assist in dentoalveolar and implant surgery using general anesthesia and IV sedation
• Provide patients with pre-op and post-op instructions
• Take dental x-rays and impressions to provide diagnostic information
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Manage ordering of office equipment and supplies
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on exceeding patient expectations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care
