Manager Specialty Enablement Strategies
The Manager, Specialty Enablement and Operations, serves as the operational integrator and program owner for a diverse portfolio of enterprise specialty pharmacy initiatives. This role leads cross-functional coordination, designs and maintains field-facing tools and resources, oversees communication and training deliverables, and serves as a key point of contact for local specialty and adjacent workstreams. The position ensures consistent execution, change adoption, and high-quality stakeholder engagement across all specialty pharmacy channels. A strong focus on structured feedback management, continuous improvement, and accountable delivery is required. Job Responsibilities
• Own and manage a portfolio of specialty operations initiatives, providing structure, prioritization, and time-bound execution plans.
• Oversee specialized network initiatives and strategic refreshes across field-facing resources.
• Oversee labor request intake and coordination across specialty channels.
• Support Central Fill, CBSP opening/closing procedures, out-of-state license changes, retail site closure coordination, and shipping/delivery operations.
• Lead operational support for specialty projects/pilots from initiation through closure.
• Own specialty communication strategy development, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise teams.
• Drive creation, maintenance, and periodic refresh of onboarding materials, playbooks, QRGs, job aids, and Articulate training modules.
• Facilitate structured stakeholder engagement sessions, ensuring expectations, decisions, and action items are documented and managed to closure.
• Represent Specialty Ops in cross-functional forums, translating operational needs into actionable plans.
• Implement change management best practices for new processes, system changes, and enterprise initiatives impacting specialty operations.
• Partner with communications and training teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and reinforcement across the field.
• Build and maintain structured mechanisms to collect, analyze, and action field and stakeholder feedback.
• Convert insights into prioritized enhancements, resource updates, or process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or related cross-functional program management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios, operational workflows, and high-volume stakeholder communication channels.
• Strong skills in process design, change management, and training/communications development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and manage competing priorities with accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to field and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with operations tools/systems such as Surescripts, Alfresco, Avaya, and enterprise project management platforms.
• Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel 2003 or later (for example: using multiple sheets and workbooks, logical Operators (for example: "AND" and "OR"), creating charts, and pivot tables).
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Experience managing employees (direct or indirectly)
Salary Range: $102800 - $164400 / Salaried
