Business analyst lead - digital marketing journey strategist

As a Business Analytics Lead within PNCs Digital Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
This position is primarily based in a location within PNCs footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. The Digital Marketing team is looking for a Lead to partner in driving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives, with a focus on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics, and marketing teams to define and execute customer journey strategies that enhance engagement and drive measurable outcomes.Job Details:
• Develop and own the customer journey strategy by mapping lifecycle touchpoints from awareness through retention.
• Use Adobe Journey Optimizer to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• Partner with analytics teams to use Customer Journey Analytics for measurement and insight generation.
• Leverage Adobe Real-Time to define audience segments, activation logic and targeting criteria.
• Translate business goals into actionable journey frameworks and data requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and technology teams to align personalization strategy with campaign execution.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities for journey optimization and automation.
• Stay up to date with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for a customer-first approach across marketing and customer experience teams.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $98,000.00 – $168,000.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
