Warranty Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our warranty department. This role focuses on handling warranty claims with professionalism and care—listening to customer concerns, providing empathetic support, and keeping even the most difficult conversations calm and productive. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, document warranty cases in detail, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely resolution. You’ll be the first impression of our company for many homeowners, so your ability to connect, listen, and solve problems will build trust and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
