Job description:

The Role

As our Business Development Specialist, you'll be the single point of accountability for our partnership program: finding partners, closing them, onboarding them, and keeping the whole thing moving. Most of your time is hands-on (prospecting, pitching, negotiating), but you'll also step back regularly to shape where the program goes next.

What you'll do:

• Prospect and reach out to potential partners
• Own the full cycle: outreach, negotiation, closing
• Lead onboarding, working with our tech team on integrations
• Build the collateral that supports the program: templates, decks, one-pagers
• Track pipeline health and report on what's working
• Manage the relationship after the deal closes, not just the handoff

What you bring:

• 4+ years in business development, partnerships, or a full-cycle sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfort working with technical teams on integration needs
• A builder's mindset: you improve the process, not just run it

Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or domain/branding-adjacent industries
