Culinary Badasses – You know your way around a kitchen, work clean, and can hold your own on any station.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Experience on the line in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

✅ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – this is when the action happens.

✅ Strong knife skills and station knowledge – grilling, sautéing, frying, plating—you need to be ready.

✅ Commitment to cleanliness & safety – no excuses. The kitchen stays tight, the food stays fresh.
