Remote Reservations Coordinator
We are currently expanding and connecting with individuals who enjoy helping others organize and plan memorable travel experiences. This flexible remote opportunity focuses on coordinating reservations and assisting clients with travel arrangements from start to finish.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their preferences, timelines, and travel goals. You will research destinations, review available options, and assist in organizing accommodations, activities, and transportation. Attention to detail and clear communication are important to ensure all travel plans are accurate and well-coordinated.
You will also stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings through ongoing training and online resources. This allows you to provide helpful recommendations and support throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities
Coordinate reservations for accommodations, activities, and travel experiences
Research destinations and available options
Provide recommendations based on client preferences
Maintain accurate client and trip records

Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to work independently
Must be at least 18 years old
