We're seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Spa Coordinator to be the face of our front desk and a vital part of our team.

Position Summary:

As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and a passion for wellness and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system (e.g., Aesthetics Pro)
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage client inquiries via social media outlets
• Educate clients on available services, memberships, and products
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Support providers and management in ensuring a smooth workflow
• Track inventory and assist with ordering supplies and retail products
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience in a spa, salon, or medical office setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in scheduling software, basic office programs and social media
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness industries

We are looking for AM and PM shifts as well as a few Saturdays per month.

Monday: 8:30am-2:00pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-2:00pm

Wednesday: 2:00pm-7:00pm

Thursday: 2:00pm-7:00pm

Friday: 2:00pm-7:00pm

Saturday: 1st and 4th of each month 8:30am-3:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
