Role: Infrastructure Devops Platform Engineer (NO H1B/OPT)
Location: Chicago, IL
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Platform Engineer you’ll support the creation and maintenance of our enterprise platform solutions.
- Plan, automate and deploy the platforms that support enterprise microservices.
- Build and maintain secure, efficient CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
- Own and support the software packages you manage, with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
- Monitor and continuously optimize platform health and security.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, OpenShift or Docker Swarm.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools like JFrog Xray, SonarQube and Red Hat ACS, or similar.
- Kubestronaut certification PREFERRED.
- Strong understanding of network, DNS and security fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
