A recent expansion added a new state-of-the-art facility in Elgin, doubling their Chicagoland presence.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage incoming payments, customer account follow-up, driver paperwork, and key office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review daily driver paperwork
• Enter checks and other payments into our system
• Call customers regarding account balances
• Review and manage assigned customer accounts
• Assist with other office and administrative duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• BA/ BS in accounting or closely related field

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with NetYield or Wholesail software
• Prior accounts receivable or office experience
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Compensation:
$18–$25 per hour, based on experience
