Customer Sales Manager

We are actively recruiting for a growing 3pl brokerage client seeking a Customer Sales Manager to lead their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5+ Customer Sales representatives.
• Build, run, and execute sales plans, strategies, and performance indicators. Use data to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and support customer bid packages and RFPs.
• Own the quarterly business review process to track progress against sales targets and revenue goals. Keep the Customer Sales team. activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics current in company platforms.
• Provide performance improvement and overall company efficiency suggestions regularly.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience
• 7+ years of non-asset-based logistics Customer Sales and LTL Sales experience
• Experience building and executing a sales plan
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, TMS, and Power BI
• Flatbed and/or specialized freight experience, preferred
• Cross-border Mexico and Canada customs knowledge, preferred

Compensation Range: $90k - $110k Base + Variable Comp

Chicago, IL with some travel expected
