About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3+ years of Med Surg experience required License: Active Illinois/IL License Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Work history - Skills checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Med Surg) - 2 supervisory reference forms completed with dates employed listed Description: Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. ACLS certification is required within 30 days of starting. Active American Heart Association BLS certification is required. Candidates must submit a skills checklist relevant to the Med Surg specialty. Supervisory reference forms must be completed with employment dates included. Nursys must indicate an active Illinois/IL license. This position does not require on-call duties. Every other weekend commitment is expected.
