ORD Administration Manager

Job Summary The Administration Manager is responsible for managing the administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
The Administration Manager is also an integral part of the Finance and Payroll team and will provide ongoing support in the day to day functions of the team environment.
The expected pay rate is $90,000/yr. Your activities- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs
- Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization's business needs
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers customaers and develop a team to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets
- Accounts Payable (A/P) and Account Receivable (A/R) data entry
- Billing/Invoice processing in accordance with customer contracts
- Monthly A/P and A/R accruals
- Monthly P&L review with variance detail and trending
- Payroll entry/processing; review and analyze labor trends
- Employee station support (uniforms, attendance, scheduling, etc.)
- Customer interaction/correspondence
- Other duties and assignments as requested by manager(s)
- One to Three years of experience in similar positions
- University degree or proven track record
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have professional phone etiquette
