Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Caton Commercial Real Estate Group is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives across brokerage, property management, and valuation services. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing efforts, including social media management, property marketing materials, email campaigns, website updates, and content creation.
The ideal candidate is organized, design-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. This position works closely with brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and on-brand marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Design and update property listing flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva , and other graphic platforms
- Maintain and update property listings and marketing content on the company website and internal marketing databases
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact to promote listings, company updates, and events
- Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to gather information and deliver accurate, timely marketing materials
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Write and publish monthly blog content focused on industry insights, market trends, and company updates to support SEO and website traffic growth
- Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, real estate marketing tools, and emerging AI technologies
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within commercial real estate or a related industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Microsoft Office, and Constant Contact
- Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including scheduling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot
- Portfolio required and will be reviewed
Preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies
- Experience updating or managing websites using WordPress
Hours
Monday through Friday, 25-30 hours per week
Compensation
$25.00 per hour
