MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

Agile Expertise

• Must be deeply familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to quickly adapt and contribute in an Agile environment.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Clarity is highly preferred.

Financial Domain Knowledge

Understanding of financial products and services.

Experience working with budgets ranging from $2M–$5M .

Ability to work based on financial requirements and manage budget approvals.

Product & Release Management

• Strong product knowledge is essential.
• Must be able to quickly grasp complex product details and contribute immediately.
• Familiarity with release processes and managing releases end-to-end.

Project & Process Management

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and processes.
• Ability to handle a high volume of user stories per sprint.
• Strategic thinking around team management and delivery.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactive in identifying and managing project risks.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle issues as they arise.

Overview:

Looking for a hands on Sr technology project manager able to work with multiple internal and external teams on complex projects. Ideal candidate would be a senior project manager with 10+ years PM experience in Banking/Financial Services, able to work easily with senior stakeholders, communicate effectively with executive leadership and also across all levels of the organization. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
