Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school environments preferred
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed and encouraged to apply
• Background in pediatric assessment and intervention
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide both individual and group therapy in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions
• Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver training or consultation to staff to support students’ progress in classrooms
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
