Patient Service Representative/RCMG
Position Summary
Rush Pediatrics Patient Service Representative proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, and schedules patient appointments. Verifies insurance information and ensures appointments are scheduled properly.
40 Hours per Week: Shift times will vary, but will be during the following times: 7:45am-5:30pm (4 days a week), 10:00am-7:15pm (1 day a week), 1 Saturday per month 7:45am-12:15pmThis position will work in multiple locations: RUSH Pediatrics & Family Medicine Oswego, RUSH Pediatrics Aurora, & RUSH Pediatrics Aurora Ridge.

Education and Previous Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Hardware/Software Experience
-
Practice management/medical billing computer programs.

Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)

Other Characteristics
