We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our fast-paced team at Clarke , a company dedicated to public health and sustainability . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers by providing helpful information and assistance while ensuring a seamless experience. WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Seasonal Position: May through August

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls from the customer care phone line
• Enter information for orders and quotes
• Document customer complaints and questions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• An upbeat attitude and above average problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
