Architectural Associate

An engineering, design, and consulting firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking for an Architectural Associate to assist them over the next 3+ months!

Job Description:

The Architectural Associate is actively working toward licensure and works from the design of others on architectural assignments. This individual reports directly to a Senior Project Architect / Principal.

• Performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design for projects of moderate to large size and complexity

• Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts

• Produces design drawings and construction documents from markups or direction of others

• Needs to be capable of taking projects and running with them from start to finish with minimal oversight

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

• 5-7 years of experience working at an architecture firm

• Excellent organization and communication

This is a Contract position based out of HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.86/hr.
