WAREHOUSE Team Lead - 2ND SHIFT

salary: $20 - $20.25 per hourshift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12:30 AM
education: High School Responsibilities Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in a Lead, Supervisor, or similar role. Fluent in English and Spanish (essential for team communication). - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. - Tech Literacy: Proficiency with computers - Flexibility: Availability to work overtime as project demands require. - Leadership Style: A proactive "coach" mentality with conflict resolution skills. The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environmentworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentstanding for 8 hours at one time
