Position Overview

This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering a highly competitive split of 50–60% (based on experience, etc.) of all services rendered. You set your own schedule, see clients in a fully furnished, professional office space, and are supported every step of the way by our experienced administrative team — so your focus remains entirely on client care.

Compensation

Contractors earn 50–60% of all collected revenue from sessions rendered. Your exact percentage is determined based on experience, licensure level, and caseload. There is no cap on earning potential — the more you work, the more you earn.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and malpractice insurance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in the state as an LCPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD
• Proficiency conducting individual, couples, or family therapy
• Strong clinical documentation and note-writing skills
• Ability to maintain professional therapeutic boundaries and ethical standards
• Reliable and self-directed with strong time management

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, etc
• Utilize in person and/or telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services while maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop case management strategies and coordinate patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings if needed.
• Maintain accurate records and document all patient interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
