Ballyhoo Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our talented team.
Job Summary: We place the highest value on GMs who actively engage on the floor and consistently interact with guests, as this is fundamentally the most vital aspect of our work. About Ballyhoo Hospitality: Back in 2009, Ryan and Anna O’Donnell opened Gemini in Chicago with a simple idea: create a place where people felt truly at home. It wasn’t about trends, it was about genuine hospitality, familiar faces, and honest food served with care. That spirit became the foundation for Ballyhoo Hospitality.
Today, Ryan and partner Jon Farrer continue to grow Ballyhoo with the same community-first mindset. More than a restaurant group, Ballyhoo is built on connection — the teams who bring warmth to every shift, the guests who feel like neighbors, and the neighborhoods that have supported them from the beginning.
From thoughtful growth to initiatives like Dine & Donate, Ballyhoo believes hospitality goes beyond the table. It’s about creating places people return to again and again, not just for the food, but for the feeling.
