Job Title: Kitchen Production Supervisor

Location: Minooka, IL

Pay Rate: $47,000 – $52,000 annually

Schedule: AM Shift (TBD)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a large food distribution center in Minooka, IL. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen production activities to meet operational goals and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control
• Train, coach, and support production staff to ensure high performance and accountability
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Address and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience in a food production or kitchen environment within a distribution center (DC)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume food operation
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (FDA, HACCP, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale food distribution centers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
