About the Position
Responsibilities :
- Provide care for cardiac stepdown/PCU patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate charting in Epic EMR
- Float between campuses as needed (Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine)
- Deliver patient education and discharge planning
- Respond to emergencies and rapid patient deterioration
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3x12)
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements
- 2 years current Cardiac Stepdown/PCU experience
- Epic experience required
- Active Illinois RN license required at submission
- Iowa RN license required or proof of application
- BLS & ACLS (AHA or ARC) required
