Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join the Neuro ICU team in Peoria, Illinois, on a travel assignment. This role focuses on providing high-level, critical care for patients with complex conditions in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in managing Ventriculostomy, tPA administration, and ventilator support.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Administer and manage complex drips and medications as ordered by physicians
• Assist with ventilators, Cpap, Bipap, and high-flow RT equipment
• Interpret and read telemetry monitor strips using Phillips monitors
• Provide high-level care to critically ill patients, including those with ventrics, strokes, and post-craniectomy
• Float between units within the hospital, as required

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Active IL nursing license or proof of application
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum experience with ventriculostomy, NIH Stroke Scale Certification, ventilators, arterial and central lines
