• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and industrial components according to specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Move and position materials and components throughout the assembly process
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or a related industrial environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
