We’re hiring a motivated Electrical Controls Project Manager to oversee automation and control system projects from planning through completion. This position combines leadership, technical expertise, and customer communication — perfect for someone who can coordinate multiple teams while understanding the engineering details behind each project. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing controls or automation projects
- Strong background in industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and project teams
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience with RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk, or similar software a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from planning to commissioning
- Lead and mentor project engineers and technical staff
- Prepare and track project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Interface directly with clients to review progress and resolve issues
- Manage change orders, quotes, and scope modifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
