Senior Specialist, Paid Search

LaSalle Network has partnered with a boutique agency in downtown Chicago (hybrid) looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Paid Search Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team. This Senior Paid Search Specialist will focus on developing, managing, and optimizing lower-funnel paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, driving measurable business results. The ideal Senior Paid Search Specialist will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on platform experience, and a passion for testing and optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Paid Search Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize lower-funnel paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

• Manage Performance Max campaigns and leverage automation features to improve campaign efficiency and scale.

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and bid management.

• Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and strategy to align paid search efforts with broader marketing goals.

• Stay current on industry trends, search platform updates, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance performance.

Senior Paid Search Specialist Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.

• Proven experience managing lower-funnel campaigns focused on lead generation or direct response.

• Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads; Performance Max experience strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

• Google Ads certification a plus.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered, along with a generous PTO policy.
