Service Administrator Assistant
LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing organization in the service and equipment industry located in Elgin, IL. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Administrator Assistant to support their service team with daily operations, coordination, and administrative functions.
Location: 100% onsite in Elgin, IL
Compensation: $45k

The Service Administrator Assistant will provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to the service team to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a support role that requires strong communication, follow-up, and coordination.
Core Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Service Team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor service communications and track customer and technician requests
- Follow up on open service cases to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in maintaining and updating service schedules, communicating updates to internal teams and customers
- Prepare and manage travel schedules, service calendars, and technician profiles
- Organize, track, and maintain service, installation, warranty, and equipment documentation
- Compile, review, and upload service and expense data to support reporting and compliance
- Support office operations, meetings, onboarding activities, and documentation of processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED require
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to build effective relationships across team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
