Shipping/Receiving/Tool Room Tech

HQC Inc. - Oswego, IL

Starting Pay $19.00 and up depending on experience

1st Shift: 6:45am-3:15pm could vary slightly

HQC is a plastic injection molding company in business for 38 years and in Oswego for 29 years. We operate a clean, modern air -conditioned facility, making parts for food packaging , medical devices, and personal car product. We provide high quality high reliability services to our customer. HQC Operates 24/7. Your schedule may require you to work weekdays, Saturday, and/or Sunday as needed. You will not be required to work every weekend.

Job Overview

• We would like to cross train this candidate to be able to help in several areas of our company, Shipping/Receiving, Tool Room and Packer/Inspector
• You will learn all processes regarding shipping/receiving
• Fork Lift experience is needed
• Valid Drivers License is needed and maintained with a good driving record
• Able to work weekends as needed
• Mechanical abilities for the Tool Room Tech is needed. Learning to clean, and maintain injection molds
• Computer experience-Word, excel, emails, SAP (if possible), UPS world ship
• Knowledge of shipping paperwork such as packing slips, bill of lading, Certificate of Conformance, etc.

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined
• Fork Lift
• Valid Drivers License
• Experience around manufacturing equipment (preferably molding machines)
• Able to read, write, understand and speak English. All postings, videos, training document, booklets, tests, etc. are in English
• No physical limitations as you will be on your feet most of the time standing, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs
