At Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc., we take pride in producing top-of-the-line remanufactured automatic transmissions, transfer cases, and torque converters for automotive enthusiasts and professionals alike. We're looking for a talented individual with a knack for resolving problems and a background in repair work to fill our Warranty Analysis Specialist role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and fix issues on products that don’t meet testing standards
• Handle and scrutinize items returned under warranty
• Meticulously document all results in our database systems
• Share insights with your supervisor and collaborate with teams in production, engineering, and quality assurance as needed
• Maintain a tidy, secure workspace equipped with all necessary tools and computers
• Stay informed about product and procedural updates
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Preference for candidates with Trade or Technical School education
• Proficient use of basic hand tools and understanding of safety protocols
• Familiarity with computers and ability to operate a mouse and keyboard
• Proficient in English—reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Capable of independently lifting items up to 50 lbs
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Skills in referencing work instructions and technical documentation

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Spanish-English bilingual skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel
• Previous work in automotive, machinery, or electronics repairs
• Interpretation of hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Expertise in using measurement tools such as micrometers
• Hands-on experience in automatic transmission repairs

Work Details:

• First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
