Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires a blend of administrative excellence and interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for various clerical duties that support the overall functionality of the office. Responsibilities

• Manage and organize office files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accuracy.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and communicate information effectively to relevant staff members.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Input data into computer systems and maintain accurate records for various office processes.
• Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
