We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Plant / Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily production and logistics operations. Location: Wood Dale, IL (On-site/In-person) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Daytime hours) Flexibility: Required based on production schedules and shipments

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will oversee daily production, shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations while ensuring strict adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards. Your duties will include:

Staff Leadership: Training, coaching, and supervising production and warehouse teams.

Operational Oversight: Coordinating production schedules, material staging, and order fulfillment.

Inventory & Logistics: Managing inbound raw materials, outbound finished goods, and accurate inventory cycle counts.

Facility Readiness: Maintaining organized spaces and supporting equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.

Collaboration: Working closely with Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to promote a culture of accountability.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations • Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, SOPs, safety, and sanitation standards • Coordinate production schedules, material staging, and order fulfillment • Oversee inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods • Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts • Train, coach, and supervise production and warehouse staff • Collaborate with Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams • Maintain organized production rooms and warehouse spaces • Support equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, and facility readiness • Promote a culture of accountability, cleanliness, and continuous improvement

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
