Description: The HR Generalist will support core human resource functions across the organization, focusing on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow within a dynamic HR team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data entry
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Help implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and employee events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Contribute to internal communications and HR documentation updates
• Research, implement and maintain service awards program.
• Increase employee retention rates.
• Work with recruiting to identify and hire top talent.
• Integrate current processes and procedures into HRIS.
• Develop and maintain internal communications channels.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service mindset and proactive problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
• Internship or 0–2 years of HR experience (including administrative or recruiting support).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
