Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams, levels and time zones using Microsoft Teams

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR to align on interview logistics

• Manage high-volume scheduling with precision and urgency

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process

• Send interview confirmations, agendas and prep materials

• Maintain accurate data in iCIMS and track candidate activity

• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and adjust quickly

• Coordinate panel interviews and debrief sessions

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy

• Identify ways to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience

What You’ll Need Recruiting Coordinator Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support or scheduling

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly

• Professional, customer-first mindset

• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams required
